Co-Owner & Trainer
Andie Dodge, Ph.D. (Pictured on the left)
Andie, Co-Founder and Trainer, grew up with her second home being either a TaeKwonDo, krav maga, jiujitsu dojo or a boxing Gym (16+ years). Her training in martial arts was so strong in the earlier years that her instructors guided her to obtaining her black belt and an early career of amateur-to-elite boxing. Andie competed nationwide, and has won many titles one being the East Coast Kickboxing Champion. Aside from martial arts, Andie played many sports most notably soccer during her undergraduate studies. In the past few years she has discovered a passion for running completing many races including the full Maine Marathon and the Last Man Standing Ultramarathon. Professionally, Andie acquired her Doctorate in Neuroscience completing two post-doctorates at NYU and Tufts focusing on Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s .
Her love and interest for overall health and wellness has naturally led her towards the Fitness Profession. Andie has led numerous youth and after school boxing and martial arts programs. Additionally, she became an Instructor in Fitness Boxing at multiple Title Boxing Studios in the Northeast. Since moving to Maine, Andie has tried a variety of gyms and noticed a need for Fitness Boxing in the area. She’s excited and eager to share the skills and knowledge of boxing for fitness, self-defense, and FUN.

Meagan Rudge, CPT. (Pictured on the right)
Meagan, Co-Founder and Trainer, has been working full-time in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor since 2017. In her younger years, Meagan’s training includes 6 years in martial arts (TaeKwonDo), soccer through High School/travel teams, and Division I Collegiate Varsity Lightweight 8 Rowing.
In her adult profession, Meagan has coached Fitness Kickboxing Programs, Indoor Bootcamps, and Group Fitness at Orangetheory Fitness, leading over 4000 group fitness classes. During COVID, she began supporting the community needs by offering personal training sessions in-home and out of her personal studio, as well as outdoor Track Workouts.
Keeping the community active and inspired through all of life’s ups-and-downs has been her #1 mission in this profession. Helping folks light their “inspiration spark”, and draw that magic out of them is the foundation of how Meagan works. Her goal is for members to discover the potential within themselves and bring it to the foreground, all while having fun in the process!
